Wellness Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your values and vision for your life, identify potential roadblocks and find ways, techniques and tools to overcome them. We work towards your goals and your passions and use them to help you optimize your potential and live the life you want. Utilizing breathwork, body movement and sound healing (optional) we create an experience that works for you.

Broadly, a sound bath is an experience where you’re immersed in deep sound vibrations. The idea is that these vibrations are at specific tones and frequencies and have the ability to heal your body. More precisely, sound baths are rooted in the idea that these particular frequencies correspond to specific energy centers in your body. Sound baths are know to help aid in lowering anxiety, depression and physical pain. *These statements are not used to replace doctor recommendations.
